Monte grew up in central Missouri, and attended Ozark Christian College, graduating with a B.A. in  Christian Ministry and Preaching and a B.Th. in New Testament.  He also attended Denver Seminary, where he received an M.A. in New Testament. 

 

He has served as Minister of the East Side Christian Church in Independence, MO; as Apprentice to the Senior Minister at Christ’s Church in Oronogo, MO; and as Associate Minister at Green Mountain Christian Church in Lakewood CO.

 

Monte will be joining Marion Road Christian Church on March 1, 2020, where he will work along side our current Senior Minister, Dr. Rick Walston, until Rick’s retirement on July 31, 2020, after which Monte will become Senior Minister of the congregation.
