Marion Church of Christ, located at 5296 65 th Avenue SE, Rochester, MN 55904, is seeking a full time senior minister. The church is located 6 miles southeast of the city of Rochester, in a county with a total population of more than 100,000 people. In the past 10 years, several times Money Magazine has named Rochester, Minnesota as the #1 Best Place to Live. The area is the home of the Mayo Medical Foundation and the largest IBM plant in the country. Rochester has a diverse work climate with a world-class medical center, medical research, computer hardware technology companies, as well as agriculture, and manufacturing. The city has five institutions of higher learning: Crossroads College (Christian four-year college formerly Minnesota Bible College), Rochester Community and Technical College, University of Minnesota Rochester, Winona State University-Rochester Center, and Minnesota School of Business.

Marion Church of Christ presently has a congregation of approximately 100 with the desire to grow spiritually and numerically. The committee is seeking an individual who believes in Restoration Movement principles, is very self motivated, is willing to work with and equip the members in their gifts, and has a heart for the unsaved. The Marion Church congregation recently purchased a 48- acre site for the purpose of relocating the church into a new facility allowing more visibility and accessibility.
